Refund Policy

At Mathur Media, we are deeply committed to the quality of our education and services. We understand that enrolling in a program is a significant decision, and we want you to feel confident in your investment. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our digital marketing courses and agency services.

- 7-Day Full Refund: Certified Digital Marketing Masterclass (if requested within 7 days of enrollment and less than 20% content consumed).
- No Refund: Crash Program, The Ascent™ after batch commencement, or after kit/device delivery.
- Non-Refundable: Third-party certification exam fees, physical starter kits, and devices.
- Agency Services: Governed by individual Service Agreements.
1. Courses — Refund Eligibility
1.1 Certified Digital Marketing Masterclass (₹25,000)
You are eligible for a full refund if you meet all of the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your official enrollment date (date of payment confirmation).
- You have attended no more than 3 live sessions and consumed less than 20% of course content.
- The Mathur Media Starter Kit (T-shirt, bag, bottle, notebook, accessories) has not been collected, dispatched, or used.
- No third-party certification exam fees have been paid on your behalf.
If any of the above conditions are not met, no refund will be issued.
1.2 The Ascent™ — Complete Mastery Program (₹50,000)
Due to the nature of this premium program and the physical devices (Tablet + Headphones) and comprehensive kit included, the following applies:
- A full refund is eligible only if the refund request is made before the batch officially commences (before your first class) AND the physical kit and devices have not been dispatched or delivered.
- Once the batch commences or the physical kit/devices are dispatched, no refund will be issued.
- If a refund is approved prior to batch commencement, the cost of any physical items already dispatched (Tablet, Headphones, Starter Kit — valued at ₹22,000+) will be deducted from the refund amount.
1.3 Digital Marketing Crash Program (₹9,999)
The Crash Program fee is non-refundable once course access has been activated. Please attend a free demo class before enrolling if you have any doubts about the program.
2. Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Third-Party Certification Exam Fees: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, SEMrush, GA4 exam fees once submitted to the respective platforms.
- Physical Starter Kit: T-shirt, bag, bottle, notebook, student ID card, and all branded merchandise once dispatched.
- Devices: The 10" Tablet and Noise-Cancelling Headphones provided with The Ascent™ once dispatched.
- Pro Tools Access: Canva Pro, SEMrush, and other tool subscriptions once activated on your behalf.
- Placement Services: Resume building, mock interview sessions, and placement support once commenced.
- Recorded Content: Any downloaded or accessed recorded sessions.
- EMI Processing Fees: Any banking or payment gateway EMI processing charges.
3. EMI / Installment Plans
If you have enrolled under an EMI or installment plan, the refund eligibility applies only to amounts already paid at the time of the refund request, subject to the conditions above. Future installments are cancelled upon approval of a valid refund request. EMI processing fees charged by banks or payment gateways are non-refundable.
4. Batch Cancellation by Mathur Media
In the rare event that Mathur Media cancels a batch before it commences, enrolled students will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available batch. No additional compensation will be provided beyond the course fee refund.
5. Agency Services
Refunds for digital marketing agency services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Management, Website Development, etc.) are governed by the individual Service Agreement signed between the client and Mathur Media. In general:
- Setup fees and strategy fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.
- Ad spend managed on client accounts (Google, Meta) is subject to the respective platform's refund policies and is outside Mathur Media's control.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@mathur.media with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Full Name] — [Course Name]"
- Include in your email: Full name, enrolled course, enrollment date, payment receipt/transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate the eligibility decision.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank.

8. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing info@mathur.media with "Refund Dispute" in the subject line. We will review all disputes within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms and Conditions.
9. Changes to This Policy
Mathur Media reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will apply to enrollments made after the date of the update. The refund policy applicable at the time of your enrollment will govern your refund rights.
